I was going to clean up the TSR Billet cases but then it occurred to me that these have a 18mm rear mounting hole.
I could get some bushings made but I'm pressed for time and I have another bottom end built so I'm going with stock cases...

I have the new shock shaft modified to fit the KX500 linkage. I had to shorten the clevis, Drill and tap the bolt hole, and clearance the inside of the clevis. Update 3-30-23 All sources we have tried are selling the same Chinese bearing. So, we will order a quality bearing from someone else. Here is another bearing number 6001C3ML01 But since I don't trust that bearing here is the actual bearing size. 28mm OD 12mm ID 8mm width What I will order is a 6001 ...

Hi Steve. Here is my thoughts... Throwing on a Short body Air Striker that you need to plug several ports on is a pain. You will need to also get a new throttle and cable. Further you will also need to make up the difference in the shorter carb. It's all doable but just a pain. I'd buy a Chinesium 3...
