PWK carb trouble

Post by Sandblaster » Fri Jun 15, 2018 4:12 am

Thanks to Leo Sadzewicz for the heads up.
We have known about it for a long time but you kinda forget that others don't...

Have you replaced almost everything in your carb and you still can't get your bike to run right?
Lean one minute and rich the next?
If you have a older PWK carb you likely need to replace this o-ring style gasket.

You can get the Jet block o-ring gasket on eBay.
There are two different ones depending on the carb.
I found some on eBay and bought a few

Standard body
Jet block o-ring #1 Keihin PWK 33-41 carburetor / 35 36 38 39 40 mid body gasket

Short body
