These rear brake hose holders look really good.
The issue as always is that pointless bling can sometimes kick you in the back side.
The plastic holders are just about indestructible, but these billet aluminum holders will likely snap off if I hit a rock... :o

I think I'm going to try a Smart Carb SC2 on this build.
The fact that you can set the carb up and do huge changes in elevation and you don't have to mess with jetting is a real plus.
But how will it perform?
Stay tuned for a review at some time in the future..

I have the new shock shaft modified to fit the KX500 linkage.
I had to shorten the clevis, Drill and tap the bolt hole, and clearance the inside of the clevis.
The next one I do I will clearance the linkage a bit more so I can take less from the shock.

I was going to clean up the TSR Billet cases but then it occurred to me that these have a 18mm rear mounting hole.
I could get some bushings made but I'm pressed for time and I have another bottom end built so I'm going with stock cases...

The Warp 9 Racing wheels are in and look great.
Their build time and delivery was incredible at only 1.5 weeks.
