JT Engine works 2001 RM250 bike build

Post by Sandblaster » Thu Apr 07, 2016 4:27 am

So Jason (JT) has a 01 RM250 he is building in trade for a KX500..
The customer is paying for all the parts, Jason is doing all the work.
The bike was stripped, powder coated, and the engine completely rebuilt.
Jason is putting it back together...
I don't have pics of the engine build but you can rest assured that if Jason did it, it was meticulous :D

The customer is coming to pick the bike up tonight so I guess I better post a update...
Done...
Four heat cycles done... I guess that will be good enough..
The customer will have to finish the break in..
