A 91 has no pure white wire... Hmmm..... More research is required...

A 91 KX125 has a pure white wire...

Hi that is very strange It's definitely a 250 engine number is kx250he003063

Also the White wire is the only wire that sparks when I touch it to earth ?

The bike was working perfect before I stripped it

That is a 91 engine number.
But here is the thing.
Somewhere along the line your CDI or stator was swapped out.
Because it's non standard it will be tough figuring out what is what.
Let me see if I have the wiring diagram for the 91 KX125.

Thanks for the diagram still couldn't figure out were that White wire goes can you please tell me if I have wired it up correctly
