Nice.
Once you get it running and jetted would you mind posting your finding for the jetting and how it runs.
We have already jetted the long bodied version and gain 1 hp over the stock carb to the rear wheel.
I'm not expecting a huge difference but I think it may give a bit quicker throttle response.
If bikes are for kids I'll never grow up.

We used a New quad vent air striker for the Sunny Garcia build.
We used a stock kx500 cable and swapped the cable screw from the kx500 carb to the air striker.
The elevation was 3000 feet.
PC2 pipe
VF2 reed on the low tension settings
50/50 91 pump gas and 110
Mild porting.Stock compression.
Pilot 55
Main 162
NEEDLE-JET,N89D 16009-1613 on the top clip.
We likely could have ran a leaner needle.
But the bike ran beautiful.
