Started working on the rear brake lever...
Since the KX500 engine is way wider than the 250 SXF engine the rear brake lever needed tweaking.
I also tried a 450 SXF lever but even it fell short.
So I grabbed a piece of aluminum and starting hacking my lever up.

I decided that the gas tank looked a little rough for this level of build.
Since Cerakote was designed for use on plastic I decided to give it a try.
Worst case scenario is I'll have to buy a new tank
EPIC FAILURE!!!
Time to start over...

The muffler is now re-cored to match the KX500 ID..
It was a real job trying to find someone to weld Titanium for me.
My new friend Rob Jeffers did a great job.
He is now working on the pie pieces to go from the inlet of the muffler to the outlet of the expansion chamber...
Can't wait to hear it when it's done...
