Ok.. The case is back from weld and the cylinder has the valves installed so I can cut the sub port outlets to match the valves...

Incidentally... Send your crank parts out for assembly and balancing while dirty... and they will come back dirty with a new rod kit.
Send them out clean or polished and the results speak for themselves.

Jason spent a couple of hours today cleaning up the left case weld for the counter sprocket guard.
Turned out really nice.
He also enlarged the main bearing oiling hole and capture point.
Also, he spent some time cleaning up the chain wear around the output shaft.
