Nice addition to the security force. Can't wait to hear the ride report ;)

I just shoot for fun.
I'm much more likely to shoot myself then anyone else :D
The first day out, I couldn't hit anything.
So, I bought a .45 laser bore sight, dropped it into the chamber and looked down the sites.
Man was it way off

The second trip out I was able to adjust the windage and made significant improvements.
I don't like the factory sites at all so I will be replacing them with something a little more accurate..
Also found a load that seems to be very accurate so I'll start reloading in the very near future.

Excellent,
The Father of the guys down the road from me where I grew up had a reloading room. He was meticulous when it came
to his firearms and ammunitions. Log Books, Charts, graphs, He was Really into it. I do remember asking how much money he saved reloading his own shells, he just laughed and said, "I really am not saving any money, I just get to shoot twice as much"!
I wish I had shown more interest back then.
Do your homework and you won't have any problems. Something else on the list of things I'd like to do when We win the Lottery!

With the way it is getting ammo and reloading supplies I'm not sure you save at all right now.
I use to reload and saved a lot with specialty loads especially with my 12 ga and .357 mag.
But for basic loads it was a break even proposition.
If I cast my own slugs I can save, if I have to buy them probably not much.
I just like having the ability to control exactly what I'm getting :D (When I do everything right that is...)
