personaly Im one of those Glock Haters. I dont like plastic guns. nothing mechanical wise. I just dont like how they feel in my hand.

I also despise square top guns... (ruger does this also)..

Yes, I have shot a number of 1911's but they feel.... well.... dated, clunky, and the handles are just too small for my hand.

Not that I have anything against them

Ohhhhh, yours is nice....
I have never shot a Les Baer but for the price, they must be exceptional (Like most of what you have) :D
Your right, the 1911's I have shot were all sub 1K models and rattled like a cheap Chinese toy.
However, the 1911's are what got me wanting to buy a 45 in the first place.
All the 1911's I have shot were reliable and accurate.
Then again they should be as long as they have been available in various configurations.
I can't really see your sites, what are you using?

I disassembled and cleaned my Glock for the first time tonight.
I also disassembled and cleaned my buddy's Remington 1911.
Both were fairly easy to disassemble and clean but of the two, the Glock was easiest :)
